The legal and sustainable long-term ISAP Equipment usage in mint conditions – success with the legalization & upgrade campaigns

(i) In the 36th year as partner for research and industry with an average rate of one per year world first developments ready to go into production, with direct customers, distribution & support partners or users in 32 countries on 5 continents, the technical and organizational preparations of the Enterprise Transformation [2.4] Link 1) are completed. This transformation with the principle intention of the more globally enhanced sphere of the self-committing 'Clean Air Mission' shall combine the 'innovative ISAP Equipment' with the new 'ISAP Cell Production Method' at preselected international locations, with an 'international resilient Compliance Management' and 'officially checked and approved special conditions' for the strict and provable assertion of the 'Circular Economy' as the master key for climate change mitigation with tellingly economic advantages for all stakeholders. Thus, the ISAP Equipment was upgraded until IV Quarter 2023 to the new Design & Performance Level 'DLPIVQ2023', the 'ISAP Cell Production Method' and the international resilient 'ISAP Risk, Compliance, Performance & Assets Management System' [2.3.1] Link 1) were pre-clarified with the supervising authorities in all applicable Compliance Areas [2.3.3 (i) to (vii)] Link 1). This Management System shall ensure the implementation of the Enterprise Founding Tenit 'Sustainable technical solutions for human and nature by current state-of-the-art technology, overhead cost-cutting, maintenance-, and eco-friendly, highly recyclable modular design' that in retrospec defines the Enterprise as a pioneer in sustainable equipment design, supporting the climate change mitigating 'Circular Economy' since 35 years, and shall prevent all stakeholders from the suspicion of legal violations – provided the legal and sustainable long-term ISAP Equipment usage in mint conditions and the timely request for the extension of the regular equipment usage period or the early notification of the final termination of usage for a timely refurbishing/recycling/upscaling at manufacturer's site [2.3.1 (iv) / 2.3.4 (ii) (g) / 2.3.5 to 2.3.6] Link 1).

(ii) Thus, the Distribution & Support Partners, Customers, Equipment Operators and Organizers [2.2.1 (i) / 2.3.1. (iv)] Link 1) shall now timely check if the distributed, receipt or used ISAP Equipment is currently defective or/and out of the agreed usage period or/and finally out of use. In these cases, it is highly recommended that the Stakeholders shall inform ISAP timely and provable via their Online Support Area or by eContact form to enable a prompt, legal, advanced and economic solution – all legalization options by the following useful Campaigns bookable in March 2024:

  (1) Campaign No C2403-1 'General Usage-Period Extensions' – for legal and technically proper operations of all microprocessor-controlled ISAP Plants and Devices with overhaul of the Process Control Engineering Units or Compact Electronic Units, re-calibrations of the gas analyzers, the Flowrate Controller Modules, the Sensors, the Meteorological Stations and the Impactor Inlet Stages, if any, as well as the replacement of all overaged components, now at special Campaign conditions.

  (2) Campaign No C2403-2 'General Equipment-Upgrades' – for legal and technically advanced and proper operations of all microprocessor-controlled ISAP Plants and Devices with upgrade or replacement of the Process Control Engineering Units or Compact Electronic Units with year of manufacturing (YOM) from 2007 by the new Design and Performance Level DPLIVQ2023 and the Firmware and Comfort Control Software upgrades to the versions 4.33 (basic) or 5.53 (sustainable), re-calibrations of the gas analyzers, the Flowrate Controller Modules, the Sensors, the Meteorological Stations and the Impactor Inlet Stages as well as the replacement of all overaged components, at special Campaign conditions.

  (3) Campaign No C2403-3 'Checked Automated Low Volume Demonstration Systems' – for additional or timely re-procurement after the proper highly efficient refurbishing/recycling, there is a limited number of Automated Low Volume Aerosol Sampling Devices ISAP 1050e with the newest Design and Performance Level DPLIVQ2023 and the current Firmware and Comfort Control Software Versions 5.53 (sustainable), with low operations hours, full warranty, with new three-stage precision ISAP Cascade Impactor Inlets ISAP PM10.0 2.50 1.00, new Sensors and new Meteorological Stations, now available ex stock at special Campaign conditions.

  (4) Campaign No C2403-4 'Checked Fully Automated Low Volume Demonstration Systems' – for additional or timely re-procurement after the proper highly efficient refurbishing/recycling, there is a limited numbers of Fully Automated Low Volume Aerosol Sampling Device ISAP 1050-31e with the newest Design and Performance Level DPLIVQ2023 and the current Firmware and Comfort Control Software Versions 5.53 (sustainable), with low operations hours, full warranty, with new stage Inlet ISAP PM10.0 or/and ISAP PM2.5, new Sensors and new Meteorological Stations, now available ex stock at special Campaign conditions.
